After reviewing your inquiry, I will send you a link for a discovery call in order to meet (virtually) and get a feel for who you are and what your business and project look like. Once we are both on the same page, I’ll send a estimate quote to confirm you are familiar with all the details.

In my design process, I begin with thorough research and discovery to understand the client’s business, target audience, and objectives. This forms the foundation for the planning and strategy phase, where I outline the project’s scope, objectives and the design agreement.

Moving into concept development, I brainstorm innovative ideas and translate them into compelling designs. As I proceed with design creation, I carefully craft visuals that align with the client’s brand identity and vision. Feeback from you will follow, ensuring collaboration and refinement until we achieve the perfect design.

Finally, in the last phase, I complete the project through finalization of the files and sending them off to you.

In order to get the most out of your revisions, I encourage getting feedback from multiple sources, collecting all your thoughts in bulk and then sending it my way. Once I complete and send back a new version with all the edits, that will count as a completed revision round and we can move on to the next as necessary.

I will package up your files into a variety of formats suitable for both web and print purposes including PNG, AI, PDF, and JPG (should you need additional formats, just let me know and I will include them). I will include black, white, grayscale, and full color versions based on the colors in your final branding. The final files will be labelled and organized into files that are easy to navigate.

The turnaround time for a project varies depending on its complexity and scope. Simple designs or minor modifications may take a few days, while larger projects such as packaging or website design can take several weeks. During the project discussions, I will provide you with a more accurate estimation based on the specific requirements.

Most projects I offer 2 rounds of revisions, however it may vary depending on the scope and agreement, but I am committed to working with you until you are satisfied with the end result.
